Raindrop, operated by Dalilah-Rain Freedman, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team through your in-app support channel and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Cancellation vs refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not, on its own, trigger a refund of an already-paid period. To request a refund of an already-paid period, follow the steps above within 30 days of that charge.

Refund processing time

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
